I'm planing to go to Guatemala with my sons I have a two Year old with asthma and are worried about the weather there. we are planing to visit Antigua, Esquipulas and Amatiltan on our two week stay my boys are really happy to go to another country for vacation.
I have heard that Esquintla is very warm/hot, but I cannot be sure.. For the most of Guatemala, it is very, very nice all year. Land of eternal spring. I am not familiar with athsma and what triggers symptoms, but I would think the nice climate would

Pizza Ranch workers will help in Guatemala
" The Paradise Bound homes are also designed to encourage people to cook outside their home, rather than have an open fire and smoke in the home, which has caused deadly health problems, especially in the women, Cleveringa said. Five local workers, along with employees from four other regional Pizza Ranch restaurants, will be working with Paradise Bound Ministry to build homes, distribute medicines and forge relationships in Guatemala from July 24-31. Several local Pizza Ranch employees are planning a trip to Guatemala this summer -- but it won't be a vacation. "We'll go down and build five houses," said Brad Cleveringa, co-owner of the Le Mars Pizza Ranch. " The houses will be built out of aluminum, sheet rock and stucco, all sitting on a cement pad for a floor, Cleveringa said. "These are 10-by-10-foot houses and they have a canopy on the front. "These are a step up for people," he said.
