We both are on H1-B visa and got married recently....which is not yet stamped on our the passport....since US virgin islands are US territory..si it still considered like hawaii /or such other domestic travel?

Travel from the US mainland to USVI is considered domestic. Make sure you do not transit via any foreign islands. Puerto Rico is OK.
