I'm planning on booking a vacation to Helsinki and Taalin [ in estonia] and i want to know if people there are rascist beacause i'm black and i remember going to switserland and that was really horrible I got stared at so much.

Please do not make this such a big fuss, just ignore everyone who try to stare at you! There are indeed many Africans living here in Finland (from Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya etc.) so it is not a rare thing to see a black person over here! Some drunk people

Tallinn is probably one of the most pristine medieval cities throughout Europe. It lies on the northern coast of Estonia, along the Gulf of Finland. Estonia covers an area of 45,226 km square. The official language is Estonian, but people in the southern regions of Estonia also speak Võro and Seto, while people in Ida-Virumaa tend to speak Russian.
